If you didn't get the time and date you wanted, we'd be happy to add you to our waitlist. Just provide us with a few dates and a time range that works best for you, and we will contact you if an opening becomes available.
How should I wear my hair for my appointment? Please arrive with your hair styled in the way you normally wear it. If you're getting a curly cut, it's recommended that your hair is styled curly.
What do I need to do for a dry cut? For a dry cut, please arrive with your hair completely dry and styled as you normally wear it. It doesn't need to be freshly washed, but it should be detangled and have minimal product in it.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can call, text, email, or move/cancel your appointment online. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee to reschedule.
Can I bring my laptop and work while my hair processes during a color? Of course! You are welcome to bring your laptop and work while your hair processes. We have dedicated laptop tables for your convenience.
Do I need to shampoo my hair before my appointment? There's no need to wash your hair on the day of your service. However, it should be reasonably clean. If you're getting a color service, please make sure your hair has been washed within the last couple of days. Excessive product buildup can interfere with the color. If you're getting a curly cut, your hair should be freshly washed and detangled within the last few days.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
Do you offer drinks or snacks? Yes, we offer a complimentary selection of beverages, including coffee, tea, and water, to make your experience more comfortable.
Do you have Wi-Fi I can use? Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi.
